Established in 1997, LSM manufactures machines to bale and compact recyclables, selling directly in Ireland and the UK and indirectly through distributors across the globe. In 2016 Maverick helped LSM significantly improve its branding, web presence and sales materials. We followed this with various marketing supports and campaigns. As LSM struggled to build internal marketing talent, they decided to move to Maverick’s fully outsourced marketing solution in early 2022, which is now supporting sustained international growth.

Building an in-house team with all the required talent was proving a challenge. In 2022 LSM decided to avail of Maverick’s fully outsourced marketing solution and utilised the entire Maverick team to help drive growth.

Complete outsourced marketing solution
Working with LSM’s business development team, Maverick developed a long-term, multi-channel, multi-sector, multi-lingual sustainable marketing plan. We’re now growing direct leads in Ireland and further afield, targeting key accounts globally, supporting current distributors, and running campaigns to attract new ones (see how we are growing LSM’s distributor base). We developed extensive new marketing collateral, including a comprehensive bank of multi-lingual product videos. Maverick take care of the development and publishing of content relevant to the needs and interests of end customers and distributors. We are building LSM’s social media presence and creating and managing multiple advertising campaigns for them.
