B2B Marketing Manager with ABM

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with more than four years' relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage the execution of multi-channel, comprehensive, marketing programmes for our B2B clients. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this job is remote-work friendly with an agreed amount of in-office days per month.

About The Role

1. You will manage mid-sized client accounts from proposal stage through to delivery of work with assistance from the Director & Senior Marketing Manager, preparing Annual Roadmaps & Marketing Scopes.

2. Day-to-day planning, activation and optimisation of high-performance marketing tactics: Set up, manage and optimise digital marketing tactics and channels. These tactics/ channels may include PPC, SEO, social advertising, content marketing, ABM, email marketing, webinars and conversion rate optimisation.

3. Day-to-day project management; creating briefs and timelines, scheduling work, managing production, managing budgets etc. Ability to manage & train junior team members.

4. Demonstrate high ability of skill in using marketing platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot Google Analytics and GA4, Google AdWords, SEMRush, MailChimp, DataStudio, etc.

5. Monitor and report on tactics and results: Compile monthly reports for clients, based on data from Google Analytics/ GA4 and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. Analyse the data and produce actionable insights which identify opportunities to continuously improve outcomes.

6. Help to create quality content that engages: Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to research, shape and draft concepts and copy for landing pages, lead articles, videos, campaign and sales emails, social media posts and adverts. Working with copywriters and designers to develop pieces into high-performance content.

7. Organisation & management of communication with your clients. Responsible for forging strong, enduring client relationships.

In-office and remote, a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week in office.


About You

– You have at least four years' digital campaign experience, preferably in an agency with experience of having full responsibility for client accounts. Someone making the transition from B2C to B2B would also be considered if they have powerful hands-on tactical experience with a variety of digital marketing channels.

– Proactive, self-starter & showing clear capacity to learn. Able & willing to share your learns with the team.

– Strong hands-on, tactical, digital experience. Experience in ABM is a must-have. Familiarity with social advertising, PPC and SEO is also preferred.

– At least some of your experience is agency side, and you relish the challenge of delivering high quality work for several clients. You are interested in learning about your clients' markets.

– Proven ability to create content that engages and persuades. You understand marketing planning & how each channel interacts. Ability to research, shape and draft copy for marketing assets.

– You are a planner and project manager. You can deliver multi-faceted, multi-channel marketing plans accurately, on time, and to budget. Organised, capable and have excellent time-management skills.

– You have a proven ability to investigate, analyse and reveal. You can dig deep into reports and data to uncover meaningful insights that you can translate into successful marketing practice.

– You have delivered impressive results for your clients. You can show how you’ve made a difference.

– You’re interested in being a key player in a niche, open, supportive team who are genuinely passionate about marketing. You enjoy sharing your learns with others.

– A high degree of proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines. You want a role where you can take on responsibility and be challenged.
